|Recommended: NoThe experience here has been a nightmare. Unclean grounds, neighbors making noise throughout the night, lack of building security, and so much more. Being forced to pay 65 a month for internet is outrageous as i can get it myself through the same provider for 35. They charge so much for everything but they don’t fix things that need to be fixed. Can’t get a hold of anyone higher up and can’t bring anything to lower management in fear of retaliation. They dont seem to care about fixing the problems around here. The entryways aren’t salted and extremely unsafe as well

|Recommended: NoThis place has had a lot of things wrong in the past couple months here I didn't have working AC most of the summer, got it fixed. The indoor pool was unusable for most of the summer. There's always trash everywhere. The laundry room is always a mess. The cleaning people for the building come every once a month it feels like. I would not recommend this place at all there's a lot of work that needs to be done by management to help this community along. Parking isn't a hassle if you pay the extra 50 for garage parking. We have noisy neighbors downstairs but honestly it doesn't bother us because during the day I feel my daughter can jump and play with ease because we don't complain about the noise at 2am they shouldn't complain about my daughter being a kid at 2pm. The staff overall has been nice I guess. We had different staff when I moved in and then all of a sudden it was a whole new batch of staff which was kind of frustrating because so much was left undone from the last staff.

|Recommended: YesGood Bad — Although Talus Apartments are not perfect, it is a nice place to live. It's convenient to town, the apartments are a nice size, everything works, it's pretty quiet after 10 p.m., and the staff are friendly. Maintenance is a little slow to respond but are helpful when they do. My only real complaints are lack of security in the package delivery room and lack of assistance when a large package arrives. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis but usually available close to your destination. A major plus for me is every unit has a balcony, and I appreciate having the private outdoor space.

|Recommended: YesWe have resided here at Talus Flats for 15 months. We have a gorgeous Flat with stunning views. Enjoy the attached garage and elevator. The amenities are nice. Great clubhouse, workout room, fire pit, hottub, bbq grills. Peaceful and private courtyards. Great park across the street and endless miles of walking trails. We feel safe and have some great neighbors. Everyone is respectful of personal boundaries. Thankful for Greystar taking over as they seem to be honest in their dealings as a company. Few kinks for them to work out but they are very willing to listen and attentive to doing it. Only negative is there are those who sneak and smoke on the property. Its really the individuals lack of respect for others. This is a non smoking property. Oh and those who do not take care of their pets needs by getting them outside enough. Urine in elevator and hallways. Its not the furbabies fault, its bad parenting. Lol When they get the landscape updated it will be stunning

|Recommended: YesExcellent — I just moved in about 3 weeks ago.. the staff is so nice and amazing they try their best to help with everything you need..no noise quit witch I love the most peaceful Maintenance is real good they make sure if it’s to go in your apartment when you’re not home . They are so respectful and they respond very fast on what you need done no questions ask.. so I give this place 5 stars Highly recommended

|Recommended: YesA Place I Can Call Home — It’s been nothing but a good experience at Talus and the management and maintenance are really wonderful down to earth people I would definitely recommend moving here It’s worth the money And the security has been amazing and so far my neighbors seem pretty nice. The new management shout out to Christine and Vanessa have made this a place I can truly call home and I plan on being here for a long time lol
